Beautiful Silver-plated serving tray which dates back to before the xxxx?s. Made by a well-known American silversmith named William Hazen Rogers who lived between xxxx to xxxx. As seen in the picture, it has the eagle and star next to his name and the serving tray number, #290.  These indicate his work that was done between xxxx to xxxx.
The tray is very heavy-duty with dimensions: Outside of handles are 23 1/2",  just the tray is 18 1/2" X 14 1/2" weighing 6lbs.
It is tarnished, but will clean up well (I would only allow a professional to do it to not ruin the design or value).
